Simon Elkinson is an experienced Fitness Trainer and Rugby Coach. He has worked at the highest levels in the game, including professionally on a personal level at premiership level; Coupled with this he has a Sports Science Degree and is a top Strength and Conditioning Coach for male and female elite athletes.
‘PERSONAL TRAINING’
SPRING 2012 COURSE – The course will begin at on Tuesday 10th April 2012 & will run on consecutive Tuesdays until the 29th of May. £70 for 8 weeks . Circuit training, boxing and running with an emphasis on keeping it fun!
- v The training sessions will take place on Tilt Common in Cobham (KT11 3EZ) in Surrey
- v Start time: 7.15pm – 8.15pm
- v Groups no bigger than 8 people (small, fun, personal & give you my undivided attention!)
- v Drop-in’s welcome (£10 per class). Please call or text me, to confirm your space.
SUMMER COURSE – (as above) dates to be confirmed, but please contact me now to reserve your space.
PERSONAL TRAINING sessions also available – per hour – during the week (early mornings, days and evenings) and weekends. Available to do in your home for extra privacy / convenience.
